An old saying says that you learn something new everyday, and that’s true. In fact, when you start your daily routine, you surely learn something there, and no matter if you’re an adult or a child, at the end of the day you’d have learned something from a certain situation.

Teach them how to handle stress: When they feel they are in a dire situation, talk to them and let them know that they can control the stress. In this way, they’ll know how control themselves under these kind of situations.
Encourage a good behavior: If your child acts responsible while having problems, it’s time for you to reward them. They’ve learned how to deal with stress from other experiences.

Let your children know that you’ll be there if they need anything. It’s important that you teach them that life has hard moments, and that they can’t give up; they need to stay strong. Teach them that they can always learn a lot from those situations; that's why, it’s good for them to experience life. Let them experience the things that they like, for example, sports or arts, as they require effort, discipline, and among other things, your kids will learn consistency
